Acrylic Nitrile packing
Acrylic Nitrile packing is braided from pure poly Acrylic Nitrile (P.A.N)fibers which are the basis of the outstanding copabilities and performance of our PAN fiber packings. To maximize the performance of this remarkable synthetic fibre. Acrylic Nitrile packing is thoroughly impregnated yarn by yarn, with heavy PTFE dispersion and further treated with special lubricants. Type Acrylic Nitrile packing has been specifically designed to replace PTFE asbestos packings. Giving enhanced performance without the shaft wear problems of asbestos or the elevated costs of others synthetic fibres.
